About the Producer Agreement
All producers, as well as all producing agencies, must have an executed CoPower Producer Agreement in place. This agreement details the terms and conditions of working with and submitting business through CoPower, as well as what is necessary to continue receiving commission payments for active cases through CoPower.
Each agreement must be signed and returned with the required documents
to copower.brokerchanges@amwins.com or faxed to 650-348-1149.
Subagents of an Agency must also submit a signed Producer Agreement.
